In western society we are encouraged to achieve and improve ourselves at a rate that can leave us exhausted and at times feeling inadequate. Mindfulness practises are not only a way to ‘live in the present moment’ and to become calmer but they help us to relate more compassionately to the stresses we experience in our daily life which helps to ease them so they become more manageable.
Beginners welcome as well as those with previous experience.
