An interactive reflective walk in nature through the beautiful gardens of the Global Retreat Centre guided by an experienced meditator, Matthew Stephenson.
Dress and footwear: Weather appropriate. If the weather conditions are unsuitable an alternative indoor activity will be held.
Venue: The Global Retreat Centre grounds. Please report to Reception on arrival.
