Using Horticulture, Animal Therapy and Wildlife, we encourage children to explore where their food comes from and help them to see that growing food can be fun!
Along the way, they develop their social skills and increase their physical strength.
This event is open to disabled and non-disabled young people aged 5-10.
We particularly welcome children with physical and sensory impairments.

About Greenwood Horticulture CIC
“Our Mission Is To Teach Basic Life Skills To Disabled Children Through the Medium of Horticulture Therapy & Rural Activities”
We work with disabled clients through the medium of gardening and rural activities to provide therapeutic respite throughout the year.
We run projects on our on-site garden as well as offering in school sessions, where our outreach workers provide our unique service within the setting of the school.
Our sessions run throughout the week where our clients and schools come and use our orchard garden situated in the idyllic countryside of Bushley Gloucestershire.
We provide therapeutic courses for children where they can have fun and enjoy the outdoors while their parents or carers can have a break.
