Join Janet for a short set of mindful movements that will gently & kindly prepare you for your day ahead.
This 30-minute follow-along verbally-cued class will include the daily morning exercises and routines that Janet does herself to “iron out” the creaks and groans from sleep and bring balance & calm.
Depending on the mood and energy of the class the exercises and routines could be any, or a combination of, the styles that Janet teaches and has experience of.
** Classes run on Mon, Tue, Thu and Fri mornings 8:15 to 8:45am – Spaces are limited – Booking and Prepayment is required via Body Mind as One’s website **
