A 60-minute gentle class to quiet the body and mind in readiness for an easy restful night
These classes may include elements of Somatics, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, with relaxation and Meditation.
As with all Body Mind as One classes, whilst there may be a class theme and ‘lead’ style both will be adapted to suit the mood and energies of class participants.
** Classes run on Mon, Tue and Thu evenings starting at either 6:00 or 7:30pm – Spaces are limited – Booking and Prepayment is required via Body Mind as One’s website **
