It could be that you are suffering from loss, a relationship break up, divorce, or bereavement, and long to feel understood, heard, and less alone. Despite your better judgement, you may be repeating unhelpful patterns in relationships selecting partners who are no good for you…Maybe past trauma or abuse is dictating how you respond to difficulties in the present, and you wish to move forward?
Perhaps you have ADHD, are neuro diverse, or a member of the LGBTQ+ community and want to process and speak about your experiences in a safe, supportive space?
It may be that you are feeling high levels of anxiety, stress, sadness/ depression and self-criticism? Struggling with confidence and self-esteem feels overwhelming and you want professional support.
- In short, you recognise that staying ‘stuck’ is not an option, and are keen to change your life now before things become even worse and you could lose your sense of who you are, burn out, jeopardise relationships, or your work. My job is to support you through troubled times. As a BACP therapist, I have the expertise, training and empathy to help you progress and move towards a better destination.
How I work?
Working at your pace, I listen to your feelings and give you a safe space to process difficult emotions. You will feel truly heard, and able to speak about difficulties- without being judged. A healing relationship is a joy to experience; it is about warmth and compassion, and feeling your worth as a human being. I will encourage you to share what is important to you, your values, and hope to enable you to discover greater meaning and purpose in life. Gently, we will work together to motivate you and find your power to achieve your goals. We may explore the past and find different ways to free yourself from its chains. Set backs and difficulties can be re-framed, and learning from them can help you perceive yourself more positively. We may use creative approaches to enable you to get a new perspective on difficult times. We may explore the inner critic, and find ways to release its hold. We may even work on healing the inner child. By collaborating together, in therapy a haze of confusion can clear. In time, you could find a new, clear path forward. Before long, healthier ways of being can emerge, better habits, greater confidence, and, most importantly, a sense of calm, confidence, and courage to take risks, and live more happily.
A new, exciting transformation awaits you when you take action.

Client feedback
“Jasmine has been absolutely amazing. She is so understanding, kind and compassionate and is clearly very good at her job. She is quick to respond, and has been very good at helping me understand my anxious thoughts and feelings. I would highly recommend Jasmine to anybody who is wondering whether to book in with her.”
“She gave me back my life and made me see that I am worth something… She helped me to see the light inside me and made me realise the trauma I went through- from abandonment to assault -was not my fault. She’s helped me see I am a cool person and I have so much love and life to give.”
