Mat classes
I combine classical and modern Pilates exercises, incorporating these with myofascial release techniques. Mat classes are focused on achieving: a good neutral posture, a harmony in the body between mobility and stability, balance, core stability, breathing, concentration, fluidity of movement, control and precision. These are all vital elements to achieve an overall efficient mind and body.
Equipment classes
I provide a personal Pilates session to suit your individual needs and to address specific goals you want to achieve in a well–equipped studio. Full one to one attention will ensure rapid results and continued progress. I also offer shared programmes for two or three people. Motivate each other along the way, sharing the benefits of your workout together. An Induction assessment is required for all new clients before commencing the studio sessions. This comprises completing a medical form, a postural analysis, a fitness test and a discussion of goals.
