I am Hiren Patel, Personal Trainer. I have been working in the fitness industry for several years working as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Studio Instructor helping people getting into shape.
Fitness has always been a priority in my life without me ever really knowing it, whether it is going to the gym after work, playing badminton, cricket or training for a Thai Boxing fight. Fitness has always been fun for me and it should be for everyone. I’ve been Thai Boxing for 8 years now where I have competed in Interclubs and fought too, I’ve always found it a challenging & fun way to stay fit.
