Being healthy seems to be so complicated these days. With different “diets” everywhere all claiming to be the answer, yet obesity and chronic illness are still affecting many. Diet is just what we eat and drink it doesn’t have to mean restriction, hunger, unsustainability.
To be nourished means “to provide with the food or other substances necessary for growth, health, and good condition.”
My mission is to help people make lifestyle choices through nutrition and being active, that are a lifelong change for you and the whole family. People suffering with chronic illnesses may help relieve their symptoms and uncover contributing factors. There is no one diet that fits all, we are all different, by learning about what your body needs and how to incorporate this into your daily life you can improve overall health and well-being through small changes.
Nutrition and exercise should be about feeling well, feeling healthy and living a good quality of life.
