I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Holistic Nutritionist with a special interest in plant-predominate diets and gut health.
I offer flexible virtual nutrition coaching and apply a holistic approach to health which means taking into consideration your environment and lifestyle, as well as the food you eat.
I firmly believe that it’s what you do consistently over time that matters – one food or meal doesn’t define your dietary pattern – so I help clients learn how to develop healthy eating behaviors that translate into life-long, sustainable habits.

I have a diploma in Nutritional Therapy and am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist.
