All Night Gong Bath~Moving into Stillness

Once again we will bring you a whole array of gongs, including gongs attuned to the different planets within our solar system, for an immersion into this all night sound healing gong bath and meditative journey.
As usual most of the night will be about the gongs and their profound effect on healing and realigning our physical and energetic bodies ,taking you on an inward healing journey.
At the beginning of the evening we will invite you to explore the body through movement and sound, encouraging you to shift through stuck energy, creating space to receive the healing vibrations of the gongs, voice and crystal energies.
This event is about dropping everything and finding an inner calm.
