In a world of constant noise and distraction, genuine listening has become increasingly rare. But how aware are we of this, and what does it actually cost us in our relationships and everyday lives?

This short research questionnaire explores how well we truly listen to one another, in our homes, our workplaces, our families, and our communities. It looks at where and when we listen best and worst, whether we feel genuinely heard, and what gets in the way of real connection.
