YogaBellies for Pregnancy classes are gentle and safe for all women, whether new to yoga or with years of practice.
Each class focuses on a different aspect of pregnancy and birth. This is more than just a yoga class, but also training in deep relaxation and preparation for birth and motherhood. We practice yoga postures, suitable for pregnancy and birth, adjusted for each trimester; invaluable breathing techniques for pregnancy and birth and also relaxation and meditation techniques that mum can also use once baby arrives.
This is so much more than a prenatal yoga class, but an opportunity to prepare mindfully for birth and meet like-minded mums.

Yogabellies mum & baby yoga classes involve yoga for mum, yoga for baby and relaxation together. A typical session involve stretches for baby incorporating baby massage, breathing and focused yoga postures for mum and postures for two to give mum and baby new ways to relate to each other. For mummies we focus on gently rebuilding the abdominal muscles, slowly get back to pre baby shape while gaining strength, stamina and fitness.
Classes are suitable from 6 weeks following birth but we recommend waiting 8-10weeks after a caesarean section.

Yogabellies for women uses a unique combination of Incredible Music, Inspirational Yoga and Aromatherapy, to soothe the soul and strengthen body and mind.
Luna is a graceful, flowing and feminine yoga to balance hormonal fluctuations.

Classes run in 8 week blocks, costing £88. You can join at any time as the block is rolling.
