Yoga, Retreats, Holistic Healing and Sound Therapy with Luu

My name is Lucie. I´m a certified yoga teacher and pilates instructor. I live in Portugal, Comporta. I´m originally from Czech Republic. I organize yoga retreats – next one in Italy 2-7 November.

My mission is to embody authentic yoga teachings with ease, creativity, and upliftment. I teach how to calm the body and mind and how to work effectively with internal energy and thereby improve the quality of life. I work with healing musical instruments – e.g. Tibetan bowls, flutes or shamanic drums. I also lead cacao ceremonies and love to dance.
