My teaching style is a blend between traditional Hatha and modern Yoga, seeking strength, flexibility and harmony through both static postures and flows, breathing practices, meditation and other yogic techniques such as mantras, mudras and chakra work. I believe yoga is for everyone; there are many adaptations and modifications we can use so postures are accessible and comfortable for alI. I always encourage people to practise in a way that’s best for them.
Yoga practice: (25+ years)
Training: British School of Yoga (5 years). Yoga Teacher (Hatha Yoga) QLS Level 4
Member: British Wheel of Yoga. Foundation Courses 1 & 2 (120 hours)
Practitioner Member: AHCP (Association of Holistic and Complementary Practitioners).
