The ecological emergency is not just climate change, biodiversity loss, pollution, political and ideological polarisation, and other ‘externals’. It’s also what’s going on inside us. It’s anger, addiction, isolation, and all the ‘internal’ fragmentations that we experience. We can do something about the latter through attuning to our attitude. Yoga and philosophy help provide key practices. I teach these practices in classes that include asana, pranayama, yoga nidra, meditation, talking, silence, and opportunities for discussion. We can do very little. But we can do something. And something has subtle and powerful effects. Let’s change the world!
