Vinyasa Krama Yoga is for everybody.  It is adaptable and can be modified so that you can start from wherever you are and make progress.  Classes include asana, pranayama and meditation.  I teach according to the sequences outlined by Ramaswami in The Complete Book of Vinyasa Yoga.  Each movement is supported by breath and connected in a flowing sequence.
Benefits include increased flexibility, strength and endurance in all body parts; improved relaxation, peace of mind, clarity, and sleep, and decreased mental anxiety and physical pain.
