My intent in teaching Forrest Yoga is to inspire my students to walk freely and lightly on the earth in a healing, beautiful way.
Forrest has been developed over 30 years and specifically addresses physical and emotional stresses and challenges.
The pose sequences are compassionately taught, and they develop skills in awakening each of the senses.
Through my classes, I teach students how to bring aliveness, using breath, into every cell of the body. This ignites a passion for living.
