Several years ago, a series of challenging life events led me to question what was important to me, leading me to re-look at how I wanted to live my life. Since then I’ve found real meaning and purpose in helping people through difficult times, but I know what challenge finding your right path in life can be.

Outside of the counselling room, I am a mum of 2, volunteer within a hospice and am slowly becoming over-run with cats. Â
My own life experiences mean I have a special interest in supporting those living with cancer, terminal illness and bereavement.

My fees are £40 for 50 minutes. I offer sessions face-to-face, online or over the phone. Â
