I am a registered Clinical Psychotherapist, Art Therapist and Counsellor providing therapy in my London practice [N4].
I have worked as a Manager Therapist with a diverse Mental Health population within a prominent outpatient organisation and have experience of working in NHS Mental Health services, as an Honorary Psychotherapist at Central and North West London Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit.
I have particular experience in working with anxiety, relationship issues and depression and have worked extensively with those suffering from stress, depression, OCD, bereavement, addiction, self–harm, trauma, personal development, low self esteem, issues relating to identity and culture, intimacy issues, and life transitions.
I have an MA in Integrative Arts Psychotherapy from the Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education in which I trained for four years. I am also accredited and registered with UKCP, HCPC, BACP and BAAT as an arts therapist and psychotherapist. Through my Integrative approach, I combine Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Attachment, Psychoanalytic, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Jung, Transpersonal, alongside consulting the latest developments in CBT, Neuroscience and Attachment research. This integrative approach gives us a range of options and means that together we can find the ideal way of working that suits you.
Whatever your reason for therapy, my aim is to create a non–judgmental and therapeutic environment where you can be authentic and where challenging feelings, thoughts and experiences can be communicated, sensed and understood.
