Napier Counselling was created by Mark Cuddihy, a psychodynamic counsellor. Working in the public sector, Mark has specialised in supporting clients with health issues overcome barriers to move back into work. During this time, he noticed that the majority of long term clients suffered from mental health issues; either developed as a result of their current economic situation or historical experiences.
Sometimes it feels that no one could possibly understand how we are feeling and what we have been going through. Managing relationships at work and in our personal lives has never been more challenging than in today’s fast paced and sometimes fractured society. The World Health Organisation suggets at least one in five of us will suffer from anxiety, depression or another mental health issue over the course of our lifetime
It can be the toughest challenge to acknowledge you may be suffering from issues and to seek appropriate professional help.
Take the first steps to address your issues in privacy and confidence by calling, or emailing to arrange an initial phone–based discussion.
