My name is Kate Rochford and I am an experienced psychotherapist working in Aberdeen, offering psychotherapy and counselling for adults and young adults. I offer a safe, confidential and non–judgemental environment where you can explore your feelings, thoughts and behaviours.
Together, we will work to navigate and manage your difficulties, with the ultimate aim of enhancing your sense of well being and in turn, enabling you to lead a fuller and more satisfying life.
I provide both long– term psychotherapy and short term counselling, using a humanistic, integrative approach. I work with clients to help develop insights, to understand better their relationships, and patterns of behaviour, which enhance positive change.
