At times in our lives we can experience life as being very challenging and difficult. We might find ourselves experiencing feelings of ongoing anxiety or depression, or that we are distressed by a persistent sense that that are not able to live our life in the way we want to, relate to others authentically, or achieve the things we want to accomplish.
At times like this, psychotherapy can provide a fruitful space for exploring these difficulties. Through therapy, it becomes possible to explore the underlying reasons for these repeating circumstances and feelings, allowing people to begin to free themselves and make constructive changes in their lives.
Whatever brings a person to therapy, I am interested in working alongside them, to help foster a better understanding about what underlies the difficulties they are experiencing.
I offer both short–term and longer–term therapy and counselling. The duration of therapy depends on a client’s needs and concerns, and is something we would discuss in initial sessions.
I work from two consulting rooms: Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire (HP9) and in the City in London (EC1A).
My Beaconsfield practice is on Ledborough Lane, which is a 4 minute walk from Beaconsfield train station. There is off–street and free street parking available.
My London practice is located in the City, a 1 minute walk from Barbican station.
