I help adults who are struggling with stress, self–doubt, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, anger, grief, guilt, family issues, abuse and other challenges and uncertainties in living.
I encourage people to explore their problems or goals at their own pace, and to expand the choices they believe they have for dealing with the world around them.
The agenda is determined by you. My aim is to listen to you and allow you to examine your experience, thoughts and feelings in a way that helps you understand yourself better, make new choices if you want to, or share things you feel unable to tell friends or family. I believe it is vital for you to develop your own way of understanding yourself and choosing your own possibilities – and my role is that of a supportive companion alongside you as you face your concerns and possibilities.
I work in a private and quiet ground–floor office in my home in Central London in Camden NW1, very close to Mornington Crescent tube station.
I also see private clients at The Farringdon Practice, on St John Street, London EC1.
