Are you navigating the challenges of life, feeling overwhelmed, or struggling with mental health issues? I’m here to support you. As a qualified Counselling Psychologist from India and an accredited BACP psychotherapist in the UK, with over 17 years of experience, I specialise in working with children, adolescents, and immigrants/ expats.
My journey in the field of mental health has taken me across educational sectors in India and through invaluable experience within the UK’s National Health Service (NHS), particularly in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). As part of the DBT team in the Herefordshire and Worcestershire NHS trust, I’ve conducted individual and group therapy, empowering young adolescents and parents with healthy coping strategies and emotional regulation techniques.
I understand the complexities of immigrant life firsthand, having lived abroad for 8 years in the UK. The emotional and mental toll of leaving one’s home country can be overwhelming. If you’re an immigrant or expat still adjusting to a new place, new country, and new people, I empathise with your journey. Having started afresh in the UK myself 8 years ago, I’ve experienced the challenges of feeling lonely and depressed in a new environment.
Your mental well-being matters, and I’m here to listen and support you on your journey. Whether you’re dealing with moderate to severe mental health difficulties, risky behaviours, or simply seeking a compassionate ear, I tailor therapeutic approaches to meet your needs and help you achieve your goals.
Let’s start a conversation about your mental health journey. Reach out today, and let’s navigate this path together.
