Sarah is a mum of two with a passion for living a mentally and physically healthy lifestyle.
Sarah turned to fitness after her first child, having little time to herself, or to be sociable, let alone schedule time in to get to the gym.
Since 2008 Sarah has run 5ks, 10ks, half marathons, one full marathon, completed in numerous mad events, including Tough Mudders, Monster Runs, Night time runs, cycled to Paris, rocked up boot camps, circuit training and outdoor fitness all with a child in tow or being pregnant! She proved there is no such thing as ’I don’t have time’ or ’I can’t afford It’ everything is possible if you want to do it!
Sarah is not a size 8, she doesn’t eat salads all day, and she doesn’t avoid social activities. Yes she is an average size, she eats’ what she wants, when she wants, and she even drinks wine at the weekends. Sarah is a firm believer it’s all about choosing the right foods and exercising for life, not just for a short period.
