WHY DO I ONLY COACH MEN?
For many years, I have observed the internal pressure that many men experience, suffering in silence while pretending to always be “okay” in front of others. We live in a world where men are usually encouraged to suppress and hide their feelings and this can create a sense of emptiness and unhappiness, mental health struggles and unhealthy coping mechanisms. My intuition and life experiences have been guiding me for years to do this work. I sense there may still be a sentiment of not knowing where to go for support or how to move forward without feeling judged or vulnerable. Seeking guidance and support does not make you weak, it makes you stronger, as you are choosing to improve your life for the better.
