This exclusive postnatal class runs for one hour each week and is based on traditional hatha yoga techniques and includes:- – Relaxation for you and baby – Gentle stretching and massage for baby – Breathing techniques and gentle stretching for you – Gentle movements together – Songs and nursery rhymes – Meeting other local mums.
This class is completely ‘baby-led’ and is at YOUR OWN PACE. Suitable for babies from 6 weeks old right up to crawling.
