Kathryn is trained in Baby Massage by The International Association of Infant Massage.
Baby massage has been a longstanding parenting tradition in many cultures incuding India and Africa. It was introduced to the Western world about 40 years ago and has gained in popularity since the late 1990s. The International Association Of Infant Massage is the largest and longest standing worldwide organisation dedicated solely to infant massage.
Kathryn is also trained in The Soothe, Settle and Sleep Programme by Blossom and Berry.

Kathryn is trained in The Massage In Schools Programme (MISP), introduced into the Uk in 2001. MISP is an evidence–based, child–to–child internationally respected massage programme.
