My Blissful Baby

I offer baby massage courses conveniently located at The Bradbury Centre, Rose Street, Wokingham or Pearson Hall, Sonning on Thames for babies from 5 weeks of age.

I follow the International Association of Infant Massage program which combines Swedish massage, reflexology, yoga and Indian massage.

You will learn techniques designed to soothe, relax and promote well being in your baby as well as a specific routine for the relief of wind, colic and constipation.

The course of 5 sessions will give you all the skills you need to massage your own baby at home.
