Baby yoga is a yoga based practice between parent/carer and baby.
It perfectly complements baby massage and expands the benefits of touch with those of movement and relaxation.
You don’t need any previous yoga experience, this is a great course to get back in touch with your body, gain confidence in handling your baby & have fun – it’s just pure, simple, joyous interaction and they love socialising with other babies (please wear comfortable clothes).
You will also learn some effective post natal exercises to help you heal and strengthen your body after the birth of your baby (This can help you with pelvic floor strength, back pain, hormonal changes, balance, split abdominal muscles, pelvic girdle pain, swollen ankles, postural problems).
Classes are ongoing and progressive with your baby’s development.
