Elle the Doula

My role as your doula depends entirely on your needs. Above all else, it’s whatever you decide it is.
I’d love to hear what’s important to you – the birth you envision, how you imagine the fourth trimester, your grandest hopes and your biggest fears – whatever is on your mind. I’ll reflect back your own ideas and thoughts without directing or giving advice, and be with you wherever you’re at.

As well as being your advocate, I’ll encourage you to find and own your voice, so that you remain in control of your pregnancy, birth, and parenthood. If you have a partner, be assured I will be available to them during your pregnancy too. We can meet separately, or together as a team. And, once the birth process is underway I will support you individually, and as a unit.
