Fully trained and qualified under the International Therapy Examination Council (ITEC) in Anatomy and Physiology, Reflexology, Massage, Aromatherapy; also First and Second Degree in Reiki, I started up my holistic therapies under the name of WELL BEING. With over twenty years experience, I have expanded WELL BEING and therapies are now available at three convenient locations:

The Plassey Hair & Beauty Salon, Plassey Leisure Park, Eyton, Wrexham

London Hair & Beauty, Chester Road, Huntington, Chester CH3 6BS

This means that therapies are within easy reach of Wrexham, Chester, Bangor–on–Dee, Whitchurch, Malpas, Ellesmere, Wem, Oswestry, Penley, St Martins and North Shropshire.

All of the therapies may help to relieve stress and anxiety, but if you would like help with choosing a therapy to suit you, please do call for advice. The initial treatment session will include a fully confidential assessment to ensure that you receive an individualised treatment which is most appropriate for you. My treatments may help anyone with health problems or those who need to restore a feeling of WELL BEING and harmony within oneself.
