You are more than the wounds that you carry. Inside of you burns a light that cannot be put out, but it is buried beneath layers of pain and trauma. By uncovering these wounds, we can set our light free to shine and become the creative individuals, who we know ourselves to be.

My name is Christina and I work from my safe and nurturing therapy room in central Brighton, East Sussex.

I use a mix of healing energies (Reiki, Elemental Healing, Pellowah, Angelic, Unity Consciousness and more), oracle cards, guides and angels, crystals, flower remedies and light language to help you to release the briliance of the light of your soul.

When we awaken we see the colours of the world so much brighter and we see ourselves through eyes of love and joy. My purpose and my joy is to help you fulfil your potential, to ease your sorrows and your pain, and bring joy back into your life.
