Offering Relaxation therapy for those who are stressed, anxious, depressed or simply looking for the way to learn to relax!
I have various therapies in my toolbox which include:

• Daoyin Tao Face, neck and shoulder massage,
• Aromatherapy Back Massage,
• Reflexology,
• Usui Reiki Healing,
• Angelic Reiki,
• Crystal Reiki,
• Ear Candling.

After an initial consultation, I will recommend a treatment plan to suit the individual’s needs.

As a Reiki and Crystal Master/Teacher, I teach Reiki up to Master Level and Crystal Healing up to Practitioner Level. I am also an Angelic Reiki Master/Teacher and teach this up to Master Level also. I run various workshops throughout the year, plus Reiki shares.

I teach three Lavender Relaxation classes a week, one at a local hospice for patients and their carers, and these are the highlight of my week!
