Turn your PMS into power, become best friends with your inner critic and take control of your life
I am a certified Menstrual Cycle Awareness Coach specialising in helping women reconnect to their sense of purpose, feel more in touch with their bodies and become powerful in their lives using the practice of Menstrual Cycle Awareness.
Our cycles affect all aspects of how we view life, from our careers to relationships and sensuality to money mindset. Whether you struggle with rage, self-doubt, have a lack of energy or purpose, working with your cycle can show where your inherent strengths are, and where you need support. Being out of alignment with your cycle results in PMS, extreme period symptoms and a feeling of disempowerment from being hit with the same issues, again and again.
As a coach, I’m here to help you uncover your cyclical wisdom and apply it to to your life in a way that aligns with who you are. Once you understand where you’re out of balance, you can stop stumbling over the same issues by making choices and changes that support you on a deep, soul level. And I’m here with you, every step of the way.
I work with the principles of authentic Self-Care, Embodiment and Mindset work. This looks like (but isn’t limited to) cycle tracking, movement, introduction to and exploration of archetypes, creating rituals, inner critic work, cyclical living foundations and physical self-care.
Menstrual Cycle Awareness is a practice that supports all phases in life, but is an exceptional ally in times of transition (relationship breakdowns, career change, trying to conceive or other big life events). I’ve trained under industry leaders including Claire Baker and Alexandra Pope & Sjanie Hugo-Wurlitzer, the founders of Red School. I’m also fully insured and a registered member of the International Institute of Complementary Therapists.
Sessions are available online, or in person in Ulm/Neu-Ulm, Southern Germany (in light, easy to understand English).
