What is journaling?
It is simply writing down your thoughts and feelings to understand them more clearly. If you struggle with stress, depression, or anxiety, keeping a journal can help you gain control of your emotions and improve your mental health (University of Rochester New York).
What is gratitude journaling?
A gratitude journal is a record of things for which one is grateful. Gratitude journals are used by those who wish to focus their attention on the positive things in their lives.
