I know what it’s like. Having lived with and recovered from 24 years of chronic illnesses, I now help other women leave chronic illness behind them and start to live a life they only dreamed of.

I’m not in to long drawn out recoveries, I’m here to help you with powerful, easy, transformational therapy that gets you results in a few sessions, not a few years!

My sessions are provided via Zoom, online, so there’s no need to endure travelling and the associated fatigue. Many clients even have session laying comfortably in bed!
