Hello!

I’m a Professional Massage Therapist and currently practice at my home in Hove, East Sussex.

I’m qualified in Intimate/Sensual Massage, Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Thai Foot Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Pregnancy Massage, On-site Chair, Bamboo Massage, Massage Gun Therapy.

Even though I am qualified in various therapies I mainly focus more on Intimate/Sensual Massages.

As well as my massage treatments, I offer Inversion Therapy. Inversion therapy can help with some back issues (not severe back problems) and is normally carried out before a massage treatment in certain circumstances where the client is quite stiff and has issues relaxing.

Optimum body therapies aim to be an inclusive service. All my Massage Therapies are offered to anyone on a one-to-one basis or for couples, regardless.
