Whether you want to relax, rejuvenate, or focus on a specific area of treatment for recovery, Massage Therapeia will work with you to identify your individual treatment goals and outcomes.

Massage Therapeia uses Holistic Massage Therapy techniques including; Deep Tissue Massage, Therapeutic Stretching, Soft Tissue and Trigger Point Release.

Vocal Massage is also available including; Laryngeal Manipulation, Intra Oral/Aural Treatment and Myofascial Release of Neck, Jaw, Head, Face.

Holly qualified in 2014 and holds a Level 4 Practitioner Diploma in Holistic Massage with Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology.

In 2019 Holly obtained her Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring, followed by a Level 3 Award in Education and Training in 2020.

In 2024, Holly completed a short course to receive her Certificate in Entry Level Acupuncture, as well as an intensive training course to become Certified in Vocal Massage (including the neck, jaw, intra oral treatment and laryngeal manipulation).

Most of Hollys work is Deep Tissue Massage with Trigger Point Release for specific areas of Recovery. She also provides Soft Tissue Massage and Aromatherapy Oil Massage for Relaxation.

Most recently she has started working with Acupuncture to help clients alleviate their symptoms of stress and anxiety, as well as allergies, bloating, and irregular menstruation.

She is also currently working with singers to support improved vocal performance, as well as clients to help release jaw tension and symptoms associated with teeth grinding.

She is a fully insured and accredited member of MTI, and is registered with CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council).
