I am a fully qualified and insured Reflexologist and am also a Member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR). I abide by their strict code of conduct and continue my professional development by attending courses throughout the year.

I became interested in reflexology after suffering with migraines on a regular basis. After just a few sessions, I noticed a reduction in the frequency and the intensity of them. I was fascinated by the fact that someone working on my feet could have an affect and ease the pain that I was experiencing. It was so valuable to me that I decided to train in Reflexology in 2014.
