I specialise in supporting women struggling with Unexplained Infertility and pregnancy losses (ectopic, chemical pregnancy, miscarriage)- whether conceiving via natural or assisted methods, first time or secondary infertility.

Additionally I provide emotional support throughout pregnancy and early motherhood.

I am a qualified, accredited and insured Mindset Coach, Hypnosis , NLP , advanced EFT (tapping) and Angelic Reiki practitioner.

• My approach is holistic as I believe conception isn’t just physical so my goal is to align mind- body – heart and soul to conception.
• During conception, my aim is to help you cope with your current infertility, get at the root cause of what could cause it, heal from the past & optimise fertility.
• During pregnancy, my aim is to provide you emotional support and coping strategies, helping you address stress, fears, limited beliefs and physical discomforts, prepare for the birth, heal from past traumas (such as past losses, difficult birth etc.)  while promoting emotional well-being and bonding with your baby.
• I offer a bespoke mix of my therapies and coaching in my conception & pregnancy packages going from 3 sessions to 9 weeks programmes
• I also offer 1:1 Online EFT and/or Angelic Reiki –  individual sessions or bundles.
