I provide a safe space for people to connect with, and express their inner thoughts and feelings, through a combination of art, meditation, movement, breath and sound.
So often we are holding onto grief, stress, anxiety, past hurts, which can build up and fester, causing physical, mental and emotional dis-ease. Having a non-verbal outlet is so cathartic and cleansing, and can help people to gain insight and understanding as to the root cause of their uncomfortable feelings. I can then assist them to work through these challenges, and find a positive way forward.
