Experienced yogi with 9 years of personal practice in various types of yoga. I work for an airline which has enabled me to travel extensively throughout the world and to have the opportunity to practice yoga in many other countries.

My own regular practice is in a local hot yoga studio (not Bikram) where we practice many dynamic sequences/flows as well as Ashtanga yoga.

I mainly cover for other teachers classes in the local area to enable them to achieve time off for leave or other personal commitments.
