I offer a gentle and relaxing experience of Traditional Japanese Reiki (Usui Reiki Ryoho).

This system, and my approach to Reiki healing, is wholly guided by the energy. I do not judge or diagnose, I focus on holding space and channeling energy to support your self-healing of mind, body and spirit.

Your Reiki treatment is held at The Honeybee Sanctuary, my home and garden which is a wildlife-friendly apiary I share with 5 hives of bees. I believe the energy of the bees offers a truly immersive, grounding, calming experience, so I offer a choice to receive Reiki in the garden setting or alternatively indoors by the wood burner.

I work with women and people who identify as female, at any life stage, to gently nurture, support and re-balance emotions, mental health, physical wellbeing and spiritual connection.
