Hi there, my name is Sylvia. I am a bit of a pampering and wellbeing junkie. that is what got me interested in these therapies, being on the receiving end and lapping up the benefits for myself. I was very fortunate that through my job working in a Complex Needs school I was given the opportunity to be Reiki Attuned Level 1 and then went on to be attuned to Level 2 elsewhere. I love the giving as well as receiving. I then went on to train in Indian Head Massage and can now offer both these therapies. 45 minutes of pure relaxation to aid wellbeing and inner peace and serenity. You can choose either Indian Head Massage or Reiki or a combination of the two.
You can be either seated or relaxing on my therapy couch. Both treatments you are fully clothed.
I can use blended oils or it is as effective without.
