MindfulBodyMovement was founded by Grant & Olivia with two aims:
~ Making mindfulness & meditation an enjoyable and accessible experience for the everyday person.
~ Creating a safe and calming environment in which masks can be shed and vulnerability explored.
What makes the classes special, is the blending of three elements: mindful movement, self-inquiry & meditation. Through careful crafting, each session helps to integrate your mind, body and spirit – leaving you more balanced and whole.
