Alison is an experienced Level 2 Advanced Usui Reiki Practitioner, who is gifted with crystals in opening the channels of energy through time and space. Allowing you to receive beautiful universal energy, through the channels of Reiki, “from the comfort of my home, to yours.”

What is Reiki and how does it work?

Purely and simply, it is energy that exists naturally all around us, channeled through the practitioner directly to the client.

Each experience with Reiki is entirely individual, that can mean the energy can be felt quite powerfully or subtly depending on the person. One thing is certain with Reiki, the client will always receive exactly what they need in that session. It can be relaxing, or it can be a journey in over-coming the mind, providing the ability to relax yourself more in the days and weeks after the session.

Alison will guide you in a short meeting beforehand for the best ways to receive Reiki so that it is of most benefit to you!

As well as clearing your energy channels so that you can welcome in fresh awareness, you will also receive a journaled overview of the experience. All encompassing to have you feeling more at ease in your day to day life and freshly energized to meet any challenges that life may bring.
