My name is Milda, I’m a Nutritional Therapist and a Food Relationship Specialist.
I offer nutritional coaching and step-by-step support in changing your relationship to food, restoring your metabolism and your health. Plans are tailored to your specific needs and lifestyle, as there are no “one size fits all” solutions.
After my own journey with disordered eating, I have completed my training as a Nutritional Therapist in College of Naturopathic Nutrition (CNM) in London. Always keen to improve my knowledge I regularly attend seminars and education events to keep up to date with the newest research.
