As your Live Coach, we will explore all the ways you can reach heightened and sustained levels of performance and potential in your life. As a Personal Results Coach, I follow the International Coach Federation Code of Ethics and I will work with you in this process through five different areas:

By developing mastery in these five areas, you’ll feel more purposeful and fulfilled.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is a non-judgemental space where no advice is given. We become a facilitator of your thought processes. Helping you untangle yourself and getting you to reach your potential.

What happens?

First, we have an initial consultation, your Clarity Session completely free. (20 to 30 mins).
Your Coaching session is 1 hour at £50.
Introductory offer Book 2 sessions and get 3rd one Free.

A standard package of 6 Sessions cost £300 but you can get it for £250. This offer can be extended if necessary.

Where can we meet?

We are based in Basildon, Essex but can coach all around the world via the internet. Coaching can take place over Skype/Zoom/ FaceTime or face to face in a coffee shop, on a walk or in our therapy room. We want you to feel comfortable so let us know where suits you.
